2008 Monterey Music Summit - May 30-31, June 1 - Salinas, CA

In case you don’t want to head to Mountain Jam, maybe Monterey Music Summit at the Laguna Seca Recreation Area will be another option.

Salinas is about 100 miles SE of San Francisco, located in a valley with temps in the 70’s during the day and 50’s at night. If only I could anticipate those types of temps in New Orleans during JazzFest.

Tickets are $174 for the fest and camping is extra with basic camping going for $10/day, expanded with hot showers, picnic tables and BBQ pit for $40/day and RV’s going for $65/day.
