WWOZ Voodoo Music Festival Passes now on Sale…Get them quick….
WWOZ, one of my favorite radio stations to listen to back home in the Crescent City, has put their hospitality passes on sale for $175, which gets you backstage access to the WWOZ stage at the Voodoo Music Experience as well as refreshments served throughout the day.
WWOZ is supported by donations from the public and operated mostly by volunteers who bring out true New Orleans music. You can listen online 24 hours a day ( look at the top right hand corner of the website) .
Now if you don’t feel like spending $450 on a VIP pass, this is a good way to go. I have never seen their tent at Voodoo Fest but at JazzFest they have a nice spread of food, drinks and plenty of tables and chairs under a spacious tent. So if it is anywhere close to that, it is well worth the bucks.
With backstage access, I am assuming you will be up close for some picture snapping of the musicians and the WWOZ Stage has a stellar lineup.
