Tipitina’s Streaming Video and Webcasts - New Orleans

In checking the late night music available around New Orleans while I am down there next month for Voodoo Fest, the first website I checked is one of my favorite venues, Tipitina’s.

While I am glad to see glad to see Galactic, Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk and Johnny Sketch & The Dirty Notes playing while I am there, I totally forgot about the webcasts that are done for some of the shows. Performances that are coming up are:

• Trombone Shorty and the Rebirth Brass Band - Sept 7th @10PM CST
• Grupo Fantasma - Sept 12th @10PM CST
• Indigo Girls - Sept 16th @10PM CST
• Jon Cleary & The Absolute Monster Gentlemen - Sept 21st @10PM CST

Unfortunately not a lot of these are archived on the website, especially recent ones, but they have a variety of video clips located HERE from the pre-Katrina days. A few of the available ones include:
