She was not his daughter, granddaughter or any variations thereof and she was also several years older than I originally thought.

 

The wonder kid of the low end strings was 21 year old Tal Wilkenfeld, originally of the Land Down Under but now residing in the Big Apple. This young lady played with no fear at all, in front of 29,000 totally stunned people and also in close proximity to many guitar legends backstage.

 

Jeff also let her have a bit of time in the spotlight and she took full advantage and the crowd showed their appreciation. She has a long career in front of her and look forward to her next appearance.
