String Cheese Incident added at 10KLF Festival, Trey Anastasio cancels

10KLF Festival announces a change is lineup today with String Cheese Incident added and Trey Anastasio unable to perform. Not a bad switch in my opinion since the status of String Cheese Incident is unknown past this summer with Bill Nershi leaving the band. Trey puts on a good show, but I haven’t seen SCI since they had the crowd going crazy at Jazzfest in 2002 and was actually trying to see if I could find tickets and fit them in my schedule at either the Beacon Theatre in New York City or Greek Theatre in Berkeley. Might get a wild hair and go anyway. Looking forward to Bill Nershi’s new band Honkytonk Homeslice as well as long time percussionist for SCI,  Michael Travis and his band Zilla at Wakarusa Festival next month.
